  • OpenSecrets.org: Center for Responsive Politics, is a non-partisan organization that tracks and reports federal campaign contributions, lobbying efforts, and more.
  • Public Citizen, is a non-partisan, non-government organization whose mission is to “serve as the people’s voice in the nation’s capital.”
  • ThisNation.com, with no government affiliation, this site boasts “factual, unbiased information about government and politics in the United States” and includes an online textbook. It is authored by a political science professor from the University of Oklahoma.
